    7因电解电容器领域也获得了电容,故使用寿命延长,更造于具有高可靠性的电源
    8由于ESR低,频率特性良好,故较适合于高频,高密度类型的电源 
    
    高压贴片电容 
    高压贴片电容又名陶瓷多层片式电容器,是一种用陶瓷粉生产技术, 
    内部为贵金属钯金,用高温烧结法将银镀在陶瓷上作为电极制成。 
    产品分为高频瓷介NPO(COG)和低频瓷介X7R两种材质。 
    NPO具有小的封装体积,高耐温度系数的电容,高频性能好, 
    用于高稳定振荡回路中,作为电路滤波电容。X7R瓷介电容器限于在工作普通频率的回路中作旁路或隔直流用, 
    或对稳定性和损耗要求不高的场合,这种电容器不宜使用在交流(AC)脉冲电路中,因为它们易于被脉冲电压击穿, 
    所以不建义使用在交流电路中。 
    
    高压贴片电容分三类: 
    一类为温度补偿型NPO介质 
    NP0又名COG电气性能较稳定,基本上不随温度、电压、时间的改变,属**稳定型、低损耗电容材料类型,适用在对稳定性、可靠性要求较高的高频、特高频、甚高频电路中。 
    二类为高介电常数型X7R介质 
    X7R是一种强电介质,因而能制造出容量比NPO介质更大的电容器。这种电容器性能较稳定,随温度、电压时间的改变,其特有的性能变化并不显着,属稳定电容材料类型,使用在隔直、耦合、傍路、滤波电路及可靠性要求较高的中高频电路中。 
    三类为半导体型X5R介质 
    X5R具有较高的介电常数,常用于生产比容较大、标称容量较高的大容量电容器产品。但其容量稳定性较X7R,容量、损耗对温度、电压等测试条件较敏感,主要用在电子整机中的振荡、耦合、滤波及傍路电路中。    优点:封装体积小,质量稳定,绝缘性能高,耐高压    缺点:容量较小,目前较大100UF,易于被脉冲电压击穿。    性能参数:    1.材质NPO(COG).X7R.X5R.Y5V    2.容量0.1PF-100PF-1NF-1UF-100UF    3.电压6.3V-100V-1KV-2KV-5KV    4.封装0201-0805-1206-1812-2225    应用范围:    产品广泛用于模块电源、汽车电子,通讯电源,LED照明电源等领域,有着广阔的应用发展前景.
